Chef Andrew’s culinary skills and his passion for food make cooking with him a fun and unforgettable experience. Discover new recipes and hone your culinary skills in a getaway weekend. Come join in the fun and bring a friend!

It all begins Friday evening at 7 p.m. with a Welcome Party, Recipes and hors d’oeuvres. Receive your official Rockwell Lake Lodge cooking apron and hat during the meet and greet time.

Your Saturday experience will include knife cuts/cutting, preparing vinaigrettes, wine class with Bowers Harbor Vineyard, basic grilling class with marinades (shish kabobs) and making risotto. Dessert instruction will cover– flambe’, brulee’ and plating.

Replete and satisfied with your dining experience, have a good night’s sleep in one of our luxurious guest suites!

On Sunday, sleepy heads may snuggle in a bit and then enjoy a leisurely breakfast at 9 a.m. in the Lake View Dining Room, with final culinary questions/answers with Chef Andrew. Reluctantly, you will check out at noon.
